RUTH
Massage Therapist

I am a fully insured massage therapist, registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists and working in Brighton and Hove. I became interested in massage during a particularly stressful period at work and in my personal life. I found it amazing the effect that massage had on my body and mind, de-stressing and re-energising me. I want to share this experience with others.
After training in Swedish massage therapy in 2010, I then went on to explore other massage therapies including stone therapy and Indian Head Massage. I’ve listed all my qualifications below. I love what I do and try to adapt my techniques to suit each individual rather than working to set routines.

I am a fully insured beauty and massage therapist, registered with The Guild of Beauty Therapists. I’ve spent all my life being in salons and love healing people from the outside in.
After working for a busy salon in Brighton for many years, I became self employed and decided to join forces with Ruth to offer beauty therapies to compliment her massage and I also offer Swedish and Hot Stones massage - techniques I absolutely love.
I’m qualified up to level 3 and I’ve listed all my qualifications below. I pride myself on attention to detail and a positive outlook on life.

Dr Hilary has a warm and calming presence, making her clients feel at ease. She takes the time to listen attentively and has an intuitive understanding of her clients' beauty goals, helping them achieve their desired results with confidence.
With over 20 years of experience in medicine, Dr Hilary brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. She is passionate about her work as a GP in Brighton, where patient safety and comfort are her top priorities. As a member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine and a registered practitioner with the ACE (Aesthetic Complications Expert) Group, she is dedicated to providing safe and effective aesthetic treatments. Dr Hilary is also fully registered with the General Medical Council and a member of the British Medical Association, ensuring exceptional professionalism and care in every consultation.
With Dr Hilary, you are in expert hands. Her holistic and attentive approach prioritises your comfort and beauty goals, ensuring natural and elegant results.

Reflexologist
Ellen Frantzen - RA CRM L5 Dip, PRM
Ellen trained at the prestigious Reflexology Academy in London and obtained The Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Practitioner Reflexology, the highest grade of professional reflexology training available in
the UK. She uses a variety of techniques, which are tailored to each individual client’s needs. She is passionate about her work and truly believes in reflexology aiding the body in its amazing ability to
self-heal. By treating the client holistically, she aims to help the individual feel healthier, relaxed and more balanced both physically and mentally. She takes a supportive and caring approach and enjoys working with people of all ages from birth and beyond for a broad range of ailments.

FLAME
Complementary Therapist
Flame is a calm caring therapist. She trained in Ayuryvedic yoga massage in 2023 and began work up in York. She has recently moved to Brighton with her partner. Flame offers Reflexology, Deep Tissue massage, Pre-blended Aromatherapy and Table Thai massage.
