We give clients access to their own accounts where their personal details are held by Fresha and clients are able to amend and update their own information.

How we store, use, share and disclose our site visitors' personal information

Our website is hosted on the Wix platform. Your data may be stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We also store your data using the following third parties: Google Platform, Fresha, Mailchimp, Izettle, and Paypal. These are password protected secure sites and comply with GDPR guidelines. The third parties we use offer secure servers and take every reasonable means to ensure your data is protected and safe. However we cannot guarantee absolute security on information transmitted or held via the Internet, use of external networks or on your own device and any information submitted to Rest is at your own risk.

We store your data securely for a period of 10 years after your last visit with us to comply with legal and business obligations.

Fresha (our booking system) is a data processor on behalf of Rest and has access to client data only through system software support and troubleshooting.

We may share your data within Rest and with third parties contracted by Rest, but this is only for specific work which is undertaken exclusively for Rest and our customers and the third parties must adhere to our Privacy Policy at all times.

We never rent or sell your data to any third party for use outside of Rest, and ensure any sharing of your data and marketing is only with your consent.
